Question
Do Baptists have women Ministers and if they do what percentage of Ministers are women

Answer
The answer is yes and no.  Those who are true historical or orthodox Baptists would not have women ministers.  Those who have slipped from their moorings to please the culture and yet still use the name do have women ministers.  In those churches the percentage is rising so hard to tell what the exact current percentage is among them.

If the Scriptures were not so clear about this issue I would not really care personally but a woman can't be the husband of one wife so they can't be a pastor or other office that God has ordained to men.  Also, women are forbidden to teach but a pastor must be able to teach.  Men and women have their roles defined b God, not men or culture.  If one or the other does not like their role they need to take it up with God.  Below is my sermon on the issue.  May God bless you richly as you seek His will in His Word!
