Question
I heard that John was not punished by the Romens on the sabbath/saturday for fear of his God. Any comments?

I spent a few days looking. I cannot find a credible source to confirm this. If you know of any, please ask again and let me know what they are.
On the surface, it sounds cool but the Romans rarely gave any considerations for Christians.
