Yes that is the best decision you have made. I would like to suggest that the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, one of our Christian brothers has developed a good systematic method for stop smoking. It is called the 5-day plan to stop smoking.

Concerning the scriptures, the Bible clearly states the our Body is the Temple of God and should be kept clean, should not be defiled by any intoxticating substances.
