Question
can a man married and then divorced and again married be able to be a preacher ,minister, bishop or deacon in a southern baptist church

Answer
Each individual Southern Baptist congregation decides its own policies regarding divorced men as pastors. Probably, for most Southern Baptist congregations, the scenario you describe would be unacceptable. But in an increasing number of churches, divorced and remarried men are allowed to serve as ministers.
