Question
I am a High School senior trying to choose a college. I have been Baptist from birth and agree with their doctrine and teachings. However, I have found everything I wanted in a school at Harding University, a Church of Christ College. I have been fighting over wether or not to attend this college. In your view, can a Baptist attend a Church of Christ college in good faith?

Answer
Ken, Amos asks, "Can two walk together except they be agreed?" Unless you want to spend most of your college years debating baptismal regeneration and whether or not you should have instruments in church or Arminianism I would advise against it.

I don't know what you want to major in but I would look for a good Independent Baptist college.  Since Harding is in Arkansas here is one in OK that I can feel good about http://www.heartlandbaptist.edu/
or http://www.pcci.edu/ in FL.  If they do not have the major you are looking for contact them anyway as they may know of a good school with that major.

Blessings to you and may God grant you discernment.
