Question
Dr. I have been doing a lot of thinking on many subjects and i have a mind boggling question for you. The Bible along with everyone i no says that Jesus was such a wonderful man and had such a hard time but i disagree, and this is why...

I know that Jesus had been forsaken close to the end of his life on the cross, but most people don't even no about Jesus or choose him for many years of there life and are experiencing the same thing. The bible also says no person is sinless but i don't see why Jesus couldn't be any other man.. the bible said Jesus had no want for sin, no eargue to do those things we want and cant not do. Well we do so what makes him better... that god gave him no wants..

Also many many people have been raped repetitively beaten called rude names and killed in much more sufferable ways than Jesus experienced with insults and beatings... Many people have been repetitively beaten to a pulp..

So why is Jesus getting all the credit! When so many people have been through just as much or even more!!

Why couldn't Jesus just be any regular person like a normal man going down the street why did god choose Jesus what makes him better or more special??

Answer
You misunderstand who He was.  He was very God who took on the form of man.  He was not just a lad God chose to use like Moses or David.  He was God come down to us.  Aristotle even said that unless God came down in the form of a man we could never really know that he understood us. Jesus was God come to us.  He was 100% man and 100% God and He has no sin nature so He could not sin. A perfect sacrifice had to be made for man's sin and only God could pay that price.  So, just an average Joe?  Nope, we would still be in our sins and on the way to Hell.  He was much different.
