Question
QUESTION: Let me say this to you I'm 65 year olds. How dear you tell me that I'm sending you a homework question.I have been out of school since 1962 You are making judgment on someone you don't know. You are the same person who I asked a question to a few years ago and you said it was a homework question. You supposed to be a man of GOD and make statements like that to people. You need to remove your self for all experts

ANSWER: Hi Sydney,

When we mark a question as rejected for any reason (including because we think it is a homework question) no copy of it is retained in our account records. I therefore have no way to go back and look at your question again. I have also looked in my mail program for a notification e-mail from AllExperts with your question but can not find that either. I do delete read mail occasionally so this means nothing other than that I have no copy of your question there either.

My apologies that you were offended. That certainly was not my intention.

Like many of the volunteers here, I have received several complaints from university teachers and professors about their students plagiarizing my answers (why this should be my concern rather than theirs as teachers is beyond me. If a student of mine turned in a plagiarized work from whatever source I would deal with the student not his/her source). We do however walk a fine line regarding this issue. My purpose is to offer assistance not to aid cheaters nor anger teachers or legitimate questioners like you.

I have answered hundreds of questions here over the years and have never received this complaint before. My reason for volunteering here is to help people by answering their questions, not to reject them. Again, my apologies that you were offended.

If you would like to re-submit your questions I will be happy to answer them.

QUESTION: My question was. Where in the Bible can I find this passage?

"He who is without money is not heard."

Thank you

Answer
Hi Sydney,

If you still have it would you mind copy and pasting and sending the entire rejection notice you received for this question? I do not recall ever receiving this and can not imagine rejecting it or assuming it was a homework question. There may be a problem with AllExperts' auto rejection system.

This verse is not found anywhere in the Bible.

There is one verse that is similar:

Ecclesiates 10:19 A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things.

In general the Bible holds little respect for money and wealth:

I Cor 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.

And again:

I Tim 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Hope this helps,

Baptists hold certain unique understandings as well as the "fundamentals of the faith" held by most other denominations. Harmonious with the essential Baptist doctrine known as the Priesthood of all Believers, some Baptists are very conservative (such as Jerry Falwell and Fred Phelps) while others are quite liberal (such as Jesse Jackson and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr). For help understanding Baptist and other biblical issues, drop me a line. I can also shed light on questions that are often considered "sensitive." Ask me anything and I'll do my best to share what I know.

Experience

I have a lot of experience in this area. I've studied the Holy Scriptures for over 40 years. I hold a Missionary Baptist ordination as well as one from Calvary Chapel. I was a missionary in Central America for a while, an avid street minister and have preached in many churches, on the radio and so on. I also have an MA Religious Studies from JFK University as well as other pieces of paper. The only ordination that really matters comes from God of course.
While I am no longer a Baptist I can answer any question anyone is likely to have from a Baptist perspective.
My personal beliefs are now more accurately described as Messianic or Noahide Nazarene. If you are interested in this perspective just ask.

Organizations
My current beliefs are best described as Noahide Nazarene. These beliefs can be considered at my web site: http://allfaith.com/Religions/Noahide
