I heard a preacher on t v talk about an 8th  day  creation and also a 7th day creation. What is he talking about?  Said something about god creating other people, besides Adam at this time?????

It is hard to answer your question because I don't know the context of the preachers.  But I will attempt to answer.

1.  Biblically, there is no 7th day of creation.  God stopped creating on the 7th day, as a day of rest.  Not that God needed to rest, but He set the example for us.   Also, there is no 8th day of creation, the Bible tells us that we all came from one man Adam.

Ac 17:26 From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.

2. Some preachers have said that Resurrection Day was the 8th day creation.  From that point on, God recreates through the salvation experience.  We being the old creature become a new creature through Christ Jesus.  


Stay away from any preacher who takes the view of answer 1.   I see what the preachers from answer 2 are taking, but it is a stretch to say it is an 8th day.
