Question
Should we be concerned about whether those claiming to be Jews are really Jews given the warning in Revelations?

What if a black-skinned people are the real Jews, what impact would that have on Bible prophecy?

Answer
God knows those that are His whether they be Christians or Jews.  He will sort them out as that is not our job.  Support Israel and all who say they are Jews and God will reward your obedience and because of the Abrahmic covenant.  If the Black-skinned are the real Jews there will be no impact on prophecy only on them as they will be moving to Israel at some point.
