I want to know, after death spirit will remember their relation with their family or not?

  The Bible does not address the matter directly.   However, in Luke 16:19-31 Jesus related the account of an unsaved rich man and a believing man named Lazarus.   The rich man knew Abraham and called him by name. (v24, 25, 29, 30)
   At the transfiguration (Matthew 17:2f) Moses and Elijah appeared with Christ.  They were identified by their names.
   Samuel appeared before King Saul after he had died.(1 Samuel 28:11f)
   Yes, those in heaven will be known by others by their names. That would include saved family and friends.
