I am curious what the Baptist doctrine is concerning the end-times. Rapture, 7 years of Tribulation, 1000 year reign of Christ, etc.

Offically, Southern Baptist Doctrine doesn't make stand on these issues in particular.  In fact the Baptist Faith and Message says, "God, in His own time and in His own way, will bring the world to its appropriate end. According to His promise, Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly in glory to the earth; the dead will be raised; and Christ will judge all men in righteousness. The unrighteous will be consigned to Hell, the place of everlasting punishment. The righteous in their resurrected and glorified bodies will receive their reward and will dwell forever in Heaven with the Lord."

Unoffically, most Southern Baptists believe in a Pre-tribulation Rapture, 7 literal years of Tribulation ending with a literal 1000 year reign of Christ.

Now Baptists are a particular group who agree to disagree most of the time.  So you will find almost every view of the end days being preached throughout Baptist churches worldwide.  

For example, I believe in a literal 7 year Tribulation, a mid to post rapture and a literal 1000 reign of Christ.
