Question
What is the ideal organogram for the pastors and staff in the church? What do we use as the term for the 'lead pastor' senior or church pastor?

Answer
Hi Ije,

I will do my best with this, but I am in the UK so am not too aware of the termonolagy used. We do not have "lead Pastors" or "senior pastors" as such. Some uk Bapist Churches have elders that lead or pastors that lead.

Whoever leads the Church should be totally transparent and sincere in his leadership, this does not just me in taking services etc, but in the way he runs the Church and looks after his flock. We also have deacons and membership, we meet every month and discuss and decide church business.

They must be totally commited as it can be a very demanding role, a role that not many people seem to want to undertake.

I hope this helps, it may be better for you to as an expert that is more offay with this than me.

Regards and God Bless

Expertise

I can answer most questions on the subject of the Baptist/Christian faith. I am an active member of a Baptist Church Fellowship. I study the Bible and the Scriptures every day and have no problem talking to people about this. I am more than happy to answer the Lord's calling and help and support all people that are in need. I believe that is now my role in life.

Experience

Some times people go the wrong way in life because they have been let down by those that are close to them. It is all about trust, compassion and support. I carry out a lot of outreach work, so I know how important these things are to be able to reach people. I have worked with drug addicts and the homeless, as well as young people who have lost their way in life or are in prison.
