Question
If a song director gets a divorce should he step down because he is in a place of leadership
Blessings and thank you for your question.
I would hate to make a blanket statement that this person should step down without knowing all the details. Usually, I would say a person should step down from any position of church leadership for a time while going through a divorce. Hopefully, that person could be reconciled and restored at a later date. But each case is different (like do they have a Biblical reason to divorce?).
