Do i pay tithe on loan received to carry a project

    That's a very interesting question and one that I'm not sure many would even consider asking.  

    My wife is in college and is the recipient of financial aid in both the forms of grants and loans.  We have tithed on all of the educational assistance that we have received even though it was not, strictly speaking, "income".  I believe that the tithe involves more than income--but all that we possess.  We tithe of our time and talent as well as our treasure.

    So to answer your question, I believe you ought to tithe on the loan.  But that is just a personal preference.
