Question
Did I misread or did I correctly read that you believe the statements about homosexuality in the Bible are no longer valid?  Do you believe that one can be a Christian and live a gay life style?    How very disappointing if this is the stand you take on that issue---I have just read your article on Calvinism and Arminianism and found it very helpful. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to the Glory of God and the edification of His Children.

Dear Marylee,
  It is not true that that I do not accept the statements in God's word concerning the sin of homosexuality.   It is a gross and destructive sin against God and humanity and as a child of God I have never even suggested that homosexuality is acceptable behavior and have always condemned it.  God says it is an abomination against Himself.   

  I do say that like any and all sin, if the sinner will in belief turn to the Lord in repentance, and received Jesus Christ as their Savior, He will save them and forgive them of all sins and give them eternal life.   We are to seek all the unsaved regardless of their sins and to preach the Gospel to every creature.  

  I do not hate the homosexual, but like God I hate his/her sin.   They need the Lord and we need care for their souls and to tell them of God's love, mercy, grace and forgiveness to those who will turn from their wicked ways in repentance.
