I wanted to know when I die will I know whats going on on earth with family and friends.

Hi Shirley,

Thanks for this great question.  Hebrews 11 tells us of believers who have been great heroes of the faith and are now in Heaven.  Hebrews 12:1 tells us that they are "witnesses" as we run the race of life.  I believe based on that verse that the people in Heaven can see and cheer on those of us on earth still running the race.

1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.


If you are a born again believer I do believe that you will be able to see what is happening on earth.
