Thanks for your time,  my question is can a christian go to hell? Can one loose their salvation?

Josh, thank you for your question. Your questions have a yes and no answer. You asked "can a christian go to hell?" A trully born again believer who has asked Jesus Christ to be their Savior and Lord and has served God Almighty in the church and the answer is "no." But there are millions of people who call themselves "Christians" who are no more a Christian then the computer you are looking at right now. The have a head knowledge about the Lord, attend church and play church, but they have not changed their heart and live like the devil 6 days out the week. This is why Jesus said "Not everyone who calls me Lord will recieve the Kingdom of Heaven." Christians in name only will not be going to Heaven when they die.

Your other question is "Can one loose their salvation?" And the answer is No.

I have over 27 years of experience doing ministry as a bivocational minster/professional nurse. I do ministry as a volunteer with ministries that are nonprofit and not able to pay for ministers. I have experience working with youth, children, elderly in different placement settings, mentally ill and mentally challenged in different settings, felons in state prison and county jails, hospital chaplancy, choir ministry, and deacon ministry. I am an ordained SBC minister. I am a Professional Chaplain. I am currently doing hospital minstry, ministry to shut-ins, and a chaplain with Victim Relief Ministry working with victims of diasters and domestic violence. I work as psychiatric nurse in large county jail system.
