Question
Dear sire
IS JESUS SPOKEN (AS A MAN )FROM HIS WORDS OR WORDS OF GOD?
i mean when jesus spoke as a man he take words from himself or god?
thank you

Answer
Jesus said that "I and the Father are one."  So technically you could say both.  He came to do the will of the Father and yet since they are of one mind and spirit truly it was Jesus' will as well as of the Father.  Thus while He spake the Words in His being they were also the Words of the Father.

John 5:30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear , I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. KJV

John 14:24-26

24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
KJV

In these verses you see the unity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit so that while they are separate personalities and have separate roles, from a human perspective, they are of the same essence and are truly one.

John 1:1-3
1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. KJV

Jesus is the Word.

The tri-unity of God or the trinity is clearly taught in the Word, but not easy to understand with our finite mind. In the foundational phrase of Hebrew monotheistic theology the plural unity of God is shown.

Deut 6:4-5

4 Hear, O Israel : The Lord our God is one Lord:
5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. KJV

The Hebrew word for God in this passage is plural and the word used for one is one that is used in a composite unity, not a one and only one.  There is a place where it is said that the children of Israel stood up as one man.  It is the same word as in the passage.  Thus it shows an unity among many persons or say as one cluster of grapes that has many grapes in the cluster.

Isa 48:12-17

12 Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.
13 Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together.
14 All ye, assemble yourselves, and hear; which among them hath declared these things? The Lord hath loved him: he will do his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm shall be on the Chaldeans.
15 I, even I, have spoken; yea, I have called him: I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.
16 Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord God, and his Spirit, hath sent me.
17 Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. KJV

Note that in this passage God is speaking, but in verse 16 God says that the Lord God and His Spirit has sent Him (God).  A clear picture of a triune God.  The one speaking is the Redeemer God, Jesus, who was sent from the Lord God, the Father, and by His Spirit, the Holy Spirit.  The Spirit has to be equal to the Lord God to be a part of the sending of the God that is speaking in the passage.

So, when Jesus spoke was He speaking His Words or getting them from God?  The answer is yes because while He spake as an individual and with authority since He was God yet He was also sent with a mission and message from the Father that He fulfilled according to the will of the Father.  Thus both ideas are true.  The Holy Spirit, though also of the same essence and is part of the triune God, is now sent in this day to remind us of what Christ said and to lead us into all truth and not speak of Himself.

I hope this has helped you a bit.  May God grant you great wisdom as you seek His will and Him through His Word.
