How can my uncle " pastor peter perreaux" be a pastor when he molested my 2 sisters many years ago ?

Thank you for your question. My best answer is to direct you to God's word. I have an article at <a href=http://bible-truth.org/1Timothy3-2.html> </a> that deals with the qualifications for a pastor. I am sure it will be helpful.
There are many men in pulpits that are not biblically qualified for a variety of reasons. God' standard is listed in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and must be followed. However, not all churches nor men follow God's word and there lies the problem. If you carefully read the passage it should be clear who is minimally qualified to be a pastor and who is not.
