Question
Hi my name is myles yesterday i was at church and this woman put her head on my head then i was on the ground shaking and my muscles were frozen. was this just a mild seizure or the holy spirit? please help

Answer
I would have to say neither. Unless you have a history of seizures it is doubtful that it was a seizure.  Since there is no scriptural record of any prophet, John the Baptist, Jesus or any of the Apostles doing anything to cause this type of reaction in someone I don't think it was the Holy Spirit either.

Experience neither validates nor invalidates the Scripture but the Scripture either validates or invalidates the experience for if the experience does not square with Scripture it is not of God no matter how good it feels or what appears to be the outcome. Matt 7:21-23;2 Cor 11:12-15

You have to very careful Myles of where you go to church.  Seek sound doctrine, not experiences.  Study the Word and ask God to give you discernment.

While I am not a Charismatic, even the Charismatics are concerned about the KUNDALINI experience invading the Charismatic/Pentecostal movement. Watch these youtubes and if you see anything like this in the church you attended stop going there and find a church grounded on Scripture and not experiences and manifestations. Naturally I would suggest a good Baptist church.

In the next link there is a lot of information that I would have presented in a different manner, but overlook the method of presentation and research the data.

May God grant you wisdom and discernment as you seek His will!
