Question
I was raised in an American Baptist Church but attended U.C.C. as an adult as there were no Baptist churches where I moved. Now I have relocated to an area filled with Baptist churches. How do I select one? I would prefer a liberal Baptist. Does the issue of being saved vary from church to church?

Answer
Blessings and thank you for your question.

Salvation is a constant throughout Baptist churches.  As long as you were baptized by immersion, then any Baptist Church would accept it.

If you are looking for a liberal Baptist Church, then your best bet is to go to an American Baptist Church.  However, ABC churches vary from liberal to conservative.   GO to http://www.abc-usa.org and click on "Find A Church"
