Question
Again, your help is priceles, thank you for your time.I don't have the ability to talk to you so I have to ask you to be a little clearer on some of your answers.

If "fallen angels"fell.......well.....how did they become flesh in order to, well,.. you know?

And why is it that God holds Jews seperate,I mean I know that they called out to him, but,we are ALL his creation. We are to consider every race equal(which I have NO problem with)still, that set a clear division among people, which has only grown more severe as time goes by!(middle east)I can only imagine(being human)that while looking down on earth, after creating it,that they ALL fall into the"boneheads that just don't get it"catagory

As I've said before,MANY of people have and (unfortunatly)will live lives more pleasing in the eyes of GOD.(no argument here)and I whould gladly step aside for them to get thier(well deserved) ata-boys.GOD has never(audibly)spoken to me,or given me the power to do great wonders,so obviously there is a clear distinction between individuals. But(as a whole) why the division,(Jews-gentiles)(again,it's his game his rules)but saying that because someone was born here or is of this or that race seems to defeat the message that we are ALL God's children, does it NOT?

And son of Abraham,or seed of David etc Aren't we ALL from(sons & seeds)of Adam?

I've been praying that God will help me REALLY see,(read & understand)his word. Not just play the part but REALLY "get it!I know that (unfortunatly)
knowledge is sorrow, but living of this world & and NOT "getting it"is truly sad in itself!

So,please bear with me,you mean alot in my search right now,God Bless!      Kevin McIntosh

Answer
I think fallen angels have the ability to take on human form like good angels. (Gabriel in Luke 1:26)  Dave Hunt (The Berean Call) makes a case for "extraterrestrial" encounters being demonic appearances meant to deceive humans.  "The Archon Conspiracy" by Dave Hunt is a great fiction book that uses that concept.  Jesus mentioned "As in the days of Noah" so would be the end times.  So the "extraterrestrial" encounters may be end times like Genesis 6, but this time the rainbow promises us no more world floods.  Instead it will be fire (II Peter 3:7)
God probably used the Jews as a picture of His people being set apart from the world.  Then it was literal, like children think in concrete terms before they mature to abstract thinking.  Now both Jew and Gentile Christians are spiritually set apart by our worldview, our different thinking (Romans 12:2).  God wants a contrast shown by those who trust and obey Him, from those who live for themselves.
Abraham had faith in God, so God worked through him and his descendants to reveal Himself to mankind, ultimately bringing the Savior through Abraham's line.  Genesis 12:3 " in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."
Israel is unique, because it is a physical representation of our spiritual relationship with God.  That's why the Old Testament is so interesting.  It is true world history, but even more, it explains much of what God wants us to understand about Himself and understand about ourselves as humans.
The Jew-Gentile division was a temporary, visible division to draw attention to the crucial spiritual division that lands us either in eternal torment or eternal bliss.  We are all God's creation, but are only God's children if we receive Jesus and love Him (John 1:12, 8:42)  God wants us all to be His children, but He doesn't force us to love Him (or it wouldn't really be love).  He paid the ultimate price so we could have eternal bliss with Him, but most people would rather live for themselves than trust God's goodness and live for Him.
I am encouraged by I Corinthians 1:18-31 that I can "get it" (read and understand) what God has for me when I follow Him and give Him the glory.  It's an awesome thing to be in sync with my Creator, reflecting Him with the little piece of creation that is me.

I have time for you. The Bible has been my guiding light for most of the 56 years of my life. My missionary parents in Brazil kindled a love for God`s Word by their example and their love for truth. The Lord has blessed my husband and me with responsible, independent children who love and serve the Lord and are our best friends. I would enjoy discussing any subject or problem from a Biblical perspective.

Experience

I help lead music in a small Southern Baptist Church. Although I rarely have the opportunity to play, I do play the bass guitar, drums, tambourine, harmonica and piano. I like Southern Gospel and praise choruses, but only know by heart the words from the hymnal, and my vocal range is half an octave lower than most music is written, but fortunately my husband transposes well and also plays by ear.
