QUESTION: Hello. I understand that the Gospels are quite historical. I want to ask you this, how do we know that they are truthful? I could write four other narratives about how I meet Santa Claus and boiled and ate eggs with the Easter Bunny. Then two-thousand years later, people discover it. Sure, it's historical, but not truthful. How do we know if the Gospels are truthful and not just made-up?

I was pleased to read that you will be taking a look at the sites I suggested to you. You will see what I mean about being a "lengthy" subject, and therefore suggested you read the site for yourself. And yes, I am too busy! But I do thank the Lord Jesus for having a great wife and kids, the strength to work, favor with those in authority over me, the honor of ministring His Word, and most of all for the amazing grace God has poured out through the Cross of Christ upon me.
