Do only Christians go to heaven.
Note-I am a Presbyterian myself

Yes, but not all who claim to be Christians will make it.

Matt 7:21-23
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (KJV)

This means that many Baptists, Methodists, Prebyterians, etc won't make it because they are trusting in their good works and rituals rather than in Christ alone.

Acts 4:11-12
11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (KJV)

This alone leaves out everyone but Christians.  

1 Cor 10:19-21
19 What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?
20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. (KJV)

If non-Christian's religious "sacrifices" are to the devil they for sure aren't going to be in glory.

Matt 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. (KJV)

You have to be with Christ not Buddha, Mohammed or anyone else.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. (KJV)

Only born again Christians make it. I was a Methodist and my wife was a Lutheran and we were on our way to Hell though we had been baptized as infants, went through catechism and I even sang in the choir for awhile.  It was not until we were born again in '75 that we became real Christians rather than just having a form of religion without the power. If a person accepts what light he has from Romans 1, God will lead him/her into more light and can provide wonderful ways of getting the Gospel to one seeking more light, but if they reject what light they have they will recieve no more until they accept that light.

Matt 7:13-14
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (KJV)

All roads may lead to Rome but not to Heaven.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

There you go, Jesus or nothing.
