Will Judas Iscariot go to hell for betraying Jesus Christ?

Yes. Judas made a conscious choice to betray Jesus.  

Matthew 26:20 says, "When it was evening, he took his place with the twelve;c 21 and while they were eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me.” 22 And they became greatly distressed and began to say to him one after another, “Surely not I, Lord?” 23 He answered, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me. 24 The Son of Man goes as it is written of him, but woe to that one by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been better for that one not to have been born.” 25 Judas, who betrayed him, said, “Surely not I, Rabbi?” He replied, “You have said so.”

Also Acts 1:15-19 says
Ac 1:15 In those days Peter stood up among the believers (a group numbering about a hundred and twenty)
Ac 1:16 and said, “Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled which the Holy Spirit spoke long ago through the mouth of David concerning Judas, who served as guide for those who arrested Jesus—
Ac 1:17 he was one of our number and shared in this ministry.”
Ac 1:18 (With the reward he got for his wickedness, Judas bought a field; there he fell headlong, his body burst open and all his intestines spilled out.
Ac 1:19 Everyone in Jerusalem heard about this, so they called that field in their language Akeldama, that is, Field of Blood.)
