My name is Martin, I am Catholic and my Fiance is Baptist and we want to get married in less than a year. I was wondering what are the step that I have to take to do this.

Hello Martin,
I don't think I can help you. I am a minister in England and I suspect you might live in the USA. If that is true then the legal requirements in marriage are significantly different. I suugest you contact one of the other 'experts' who might be USA based. Obviously you need to decide which church you will get married in. In this country it is still the expectation in the Roman Catholic denomination that if a Catholic marries a Protestant then any children should be brought up as Catholic. I don't know if that is the case in the States.
You will need to talk through with you fiancee your expectations and hers regarding the future especially with regard to children.
I am sure whichever route you take the relevant Minister or Priest would both advise and guide you.
