Question
where do baptist find scripture ones saved always saved

Answer
First of all, not all Baptists believe in "once saved, always saved" (or more properly, "the perseverance of the saints").  However, many Baptists DO believe in this doctrine, and base this belief on a number of verses, including the following:

John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you FOREVER.
