can a deacon conduct communion or must it be a ordained minster in the church

Answer
Although each local Baptist church is autonomous, and therefore each congregation makes its own decisions regarding polity and practice, it would be true to say that most (although certainly not all) Baptist churches require that an ordained minister lead communion, with deacons typically assisting.
