Baptists/current issues

Question
Are there any current issues or problems within the Baptist world or anything Baptists disagree on with other people?

Answer
Blessings and thank you for your questions.

Problems in the Baptist world.  I can only think of a few problems within Baptist theology.  There is great disagreement on whether the Bible should always be treated literally.  Fundamental Baptists believe in the literal reading of the Bible.  Others see that the Bible is literal in some places and figurative in others.

There is also disagreement on women in ministry.  Some believe that a woman should never teach a man, others see that women can be in ministry but not be a pastor, and still others allow women to serve in any position.

Now Baptists disagree with a lot of the other churches.  Mainly on the issues of the authority of the Bible, salvation, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and proper worship.
