Question
Will all human beings experience death? What about the generations that are alive at the time of the second coming of  our Lord and  Savior Jesus Christ. Will they first die and then be brought back?

Answer
In a sense, I think we can say yes.  We describe it as being translated.  In essence, your old body will be gone or for all intents and purposes dead and you will receive your new one as the old one goes.  It is all in a twinkling of an eye.  We think of death as being separated from our flesh so I would not have problems saying that we do die at the Rapture but we die and resurrect so quickly that Paul describes it as being swallowed up. It isn't death as we have known it since the Fall but since corruption cannot enter into eternity that corrupted body has to go just like the folks that died so....  This is probably something that could generate theological debates for decades but in the end as long as you are saved it wouldn't matter much and we can find out exactly when we get there but I reckon we won't care then.  ;-)  Blessings to you as you seek Him through His Word!
