Question
any ideas on oven cooked ribs? Temp, how long to cook them? For two people only? Thank you

Answer
Gary,

It depends on what how you are doing them.  You could try them on high heat and them low heat or just do them at medium heat. I would suggest preparing the ribs with a dry rub, putting them in the oven for 30 minutes @ 400 degree, then reducing the heat to 300 until the meat has pulled away from the bone about a half inch.  Try putting a glaze (some bbq sauce) on the ribs close to the time they are ready.
