QuestionI need a good overnight marinade for beef tenderloin shiskabob. Vegetables will be added to the shiskabob... Do you have a good recipe for shiskabobs? I will be bbq on propane bbq.
AnswerHi,
I normally do not marinade beef tenderloin over night. I do have a favorite recipe that is so tasty for tenderloin and its from the PBS primal grill series.

I sometimes add Greek oregano and substitute lemon juice in place of the lime juice to give it a Greek twist.
When making any kebobs my own personal preference is to grill the meat on one skewer and the vegetables on separate skewers since the vegetables tend to get done at a different time than the meat.
There is another variation to this that you can use cheaper cuts of meat and marinade them overnight to make them tender

I prefer the tenderloin it makes a far superior kebab.
Make sure to preheat your grill before sticking the kebobs on the grill and they will turn out just fine.
I hope this helps you.
Happy Grilling!

Misty
