Question
I recently received a BBQ Grates horizontal smoker from a friend who had never taken it out of the box. It appears to have been purchased at Big Lots though I'm not sure when. I'm looking for more information on this item and haven't been able to find anything. Help please!

I don't know anything about that brand and couldn't find any thing either. I would suggest trying brinkmann's and see if you can find something similar and see if they have a manual. They make a lot of things for other companies.

If you could provide more information, I could probably be more helpful. Is it an offset smoker (firebox on one end, smoke chamber ion the other?
