Barbecue/CUTS FOR SLOW GRILLING

Question
I'vs done pork butts & brisket. Is there anything to try?

Answer
I guess you mean is there anything else to try? Of course: ribs, pork loin, chicken, turkey, fish, sausage.  Obviously a tough cut of fatty meat works the best slow cooked.  I am not a big fan of smoked beef, but all of the above is great. I would suggest trying out Steven Raichlen web sites (try http://www.barbecuebible.com/) for some ideas.  His books are very good.
