Question
Is it necessary or even possible to season porcelain coated cast iron grills?

Answer
Lyn,

Sorry for taking so long to respond.  I do not think it is necessary to season porcelain coated cast iron grills. The normal process of cooking on them will season them somewhat, but mostly, whatever goes on porcelain ends up burning off anyway.
