Question
Where can I buy the mesh for wrapping meat.  I don't need the twine, that I have, but I do need some mesh.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer
Jean,

Best bet is to check with a butcher.  I have not been able to find it.  I generally tie my own meat when wrapping it.

1 Using kitchen or butcher twine (cotton twine from the hardware store, thick and soft), slide a long piece (2-3 feet) under the meat around the end closest to you. Make a loop with the string tie it off on that end, leaving a short piece and a long piece.

2 make a loop with the long end of the string around your fingers and slide the loop around the meat about and inch or so from the end.

3 Pull the string up (it will be a twist on the top and pull it tie.  Make another loop and do the same thing about 1 inch or so from the last loop.  Keep doing this until you get to the end of the meat.

4 Turn the meat over and take the long end and loop it around each loop that you made earlier essential hooking every thing together.  When you get to the end of the meat with the original loop, tie the two ends together.  This makes a nice neat wrap for your meat.
