Barbecue - gas grill grates

Expert: BBQ Woman - 4/4/2009

Question
I grill alot of fish and vegetables.  I have had a natural
gas ducane grill for 10 years with a surface that lets me
put asparagus, mushrooms, fish directly on.  I need to
replace my grill and want to know if another manufacturer
has this kind of grate?

Answer
Hi,
There are lots of grills on the market that have grates that can support fish and vegetable cooking. Weber and grills such as this one http://www.kalamazoogourmet.com/k450gs.php are a few. Weber actually also sells the specific grate as an accessory on some of their grills. Just shop around and check out places like Sears and home depot to find your perfect grill.
Good luck.
Regards,
Misty
