Barbecue/Lighting charcoal with gas

Question
I have a charcoal grill but would like to light charcoal faster with gas. I currently stand over charcoal with portable propane torch but is there an easy way to pipe the gas inside the grill just to light the charcoal?

Answer
Bill,

You need a flamethrower (seriously).  That is what we use to light our charcoal.  For a small grill, takes about a minute.  We just set it on the coals and walk away till it is ready.  You can find them at home depot, lowes and many hardware stores.
