Hi Prajith,
Here is one of many spicy BBQ chicken recipes http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Spicy-BBQ-Chicken/Detail.aspx .
It also explains how to grill it. If you do not own an outdoor charcoal or gas grill this recipe also works in the oven or on an indoor electric grill. All you need to do is prepare the sauce and brush it on the chicken as you are cooking it.
If this recipe is not to your liking you can modify it making it hotter or milder by adding or subtracting the hot pepper sauce or adding ground hot chili peppers to it.
There are also other recipes on that site for spicy chicken.
