Barbecue/Smoker

Question
Hi Sandra,

First off, thanks for your time! I'm just getting into smoking meats and currently in the market for a smoker.  Do you have any suggestions about what to look for or are they all pretty much the same once you get past the electric vs. wood aspect and cooking surface area?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you

Answer
Jay,

I like the Backwoods Smoker.  It is a easy smoker to start learning with and pretty much fool proof.  You can check them out at www.backwoods-smoker.com

Lots of people like the Weber grills and/or the Big Green Egg also.  It really depends on what you are wanting to smoke, how much meat and how much you want to spend.
