QuestionHow do you cook a slab of pork spare ribs on the George Foreman indoor/outdoor grill?
AnswerHi,
There are many ways to prepare spareribs and almost every recipe should work with the foreman grill. The one I am going to share with you is a two step method which you would have to start the day before but its really worth it.
Just take your spare ribs and rub them with brown sugar and your favorite dry rub recipe. Line a pan with no stick foil and lay the ribs on it. Cover with more foil and seal it tight. Place it in the oven at a low heat of about 300 degrees allowing them to cook slowly for approximately 2 hours. Remove from the oven and allow to cool a bit. Once slightly cooled scrape off allot of the fat from the ribs. I like to use a fork it as it seems to work well for me.
Brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce and place in the refrigerator overnight. The next day when you are ready preheat your grill before placing the ribs on it. Cook on both sides and serve. They are really tasty. If this isn't what you had in mind let me know.
