Question
HI Cleao, I'm from chicago, i'm puerto rican. I'm trying to become a barber. I was going to barber school but ran out of money to complete the course. Out of the 1500hrs needed to grad, I only did 360. I was doing the bald fade,000 andis blade on the andis excels, to the temple all around, then 1 and a half blade against the grain on top with my andis excels, then fade off the line in between with my andis master.I've been out of school for four months now but am planning to go back soon. My question(finally!)I was cutting african american curly hair, can the same technics be use on latin straigth hair for a fade?? Barbering is a lot of fun and can be a great career. you need know the fading process, which is my concern, can you send me a something on fading better. thank you for being available on line, hope you nver stop. you are the only barber online giving us "wanna bees" good and honest advice. take care.

Answer
Thanks Marcel. Yes you can use the same technics just different blades since the hair is more course someone on hair sent me a link on from a site learning to cut it is pretty good try it out it is http://donatobarbershop.com/ Get back in school the more hands on training you have the faster you will learn. It is a great career to be in and as long as you can cut you will always have money! Good luck to you have any more questions feel free to ask me.
