I'm sorry to tell you that BNL have nothing planned near Quebec City. They are in the process of finishing up their Holiday Tour with only 2 dates remaining. They are playing a New Years Eve show in Tampa, FL but then nothing else is on the books. They are holding off on releasing any information on future tours because they are shooting a pilot for Fox (A BNL Variety Show!)and who knows where that is going...
