Question I've listened to "another postcard" a thousand times trying to understand what the metaphor stands for....i'm assuming there is a metaphor. Anyways, I was wonderin if you could help me out with my delima; what exactly are the BNL's talking about?
Answer Hi, well, as far as I know, there really isn't a metaphor of the song. It's just a fun, goofy song. I do remember one of the band members (Steve or Ed) saying they based it on a postcard(of chimps of course) that their neighbors had sent their kids, from Amsterdam I believe.
