HI I LIVE IN ORLANDO FL.I AM 30 WITH 2 KIDS I'M 5'4" I WEIGH 245lbs.I HAVE BEEN ON EVERY DIET I DO TRY TO EXERCISE BUT MY BACK GIVES OUT.I BARELY SLEEP AND I'M ALWAYS MOODY.AM I ABLE TO GET THE SURGERY

At the height and weight you've outlined, you have a Body Mass Index of 42. This does meet most accepted medical guidelines for weight loss surgery. I recommend you seek out a surgery Center of Excellence in your area. You can find a listing of Center of Excellence programs at www.asmbs.com.
