Question
I hear that long-toss can help strengthen the arm, but how should it be performed? Also I am a high school starting pither and can throw from foul line to left center fence(380 ft from home to left center) in 1 bounce, should I get further? And if there is any other drills for pitchers it would be great if you could tell me. I am currently 17 and pithing 85-88, can i get faster? How?

Answer
I know long tossing is good. You should try to throw the ball on a line not real high. Will you throw harder. I cant say but it will strengthen yoour arm.Remember what you have in your arm is what you have. You may enhance it some but if you have an 88 mph fastball then thats what you have.It may get better some or it could stay the same as you get older.
