Question
all the time i see MLB players with tape on there fingers and i dont fully understand why they have it. i was thinking it had something to do with how there glove fits in there hand . like so they dont make it form a different way but im thinking thhats not the cais. im on a thirteen u baseball team and learning all new things and its alot to take in for me age can u give me some advice on how to handle the situitation.

Answer
Brandon,
The tape that you see is for support.  You may see wrists and thumbs taped the most and its just to give extra support when hitting, fielding, and/or throwing.  Don't worry about all the new things you learn in the game.  All you need to know is how to hit, how to throw, and what to do when the ball is hit.  Keep it simple and easy.

Good Luck,
