Question
IF THE BALL HITS THE GROUND BEFORE IT PASSES THE HITTER AND BOUNCES, IS IT A  STRIKE,BALL,OR WHAT?  CAN THE HITTER HIT THE BALL AFTER IT TOUCHES THE GROUND?

Answer
Joe,
If the ball hits the ground before it passes the hitter it is a ball unless the hitter swings and misses then it is a strike.  The hitter can still hit a ball that bounces first but it is not recommended.

Thanks for the question,
