Question
Does Little League International mandate the use of batting helmets with faceguards for all softball players if they participate in the Little League program, like the National Federation of High School Associations mandates that all girls softball high school players do?

Little League International does not regulate that batting faceguards be placed on batting helmets.  While Little League RECOMMENDS them, they are not mandatory.  Also, Little League reminds leagues that if they do place the masks on the helmets that they be sure they fit properly and are in good condition.
