Question
Hi Dennis, i just started pitching but whenever i pitch, the ball doesn't go where i want it to go. How do i aim the baseball and how do i know when to release? Please help me out Dennis. Thanks so much.

Answer
Hey Chris,

First of all, Pitch without a wind up. Pitch solely from the stretch for now.  Aim directly at a certain spot.  Find an old factory or building and make a box (strike zone) with chalk.. Then throw, throw, throw at least 100 pitches a day.. aim for the box, then aim for the lower portion of the box, then aim for just inside the left and right line of the box.. Be sure you are throwing from about the right distance.. Try throwing 3/4 over hand, then try directly overhand.. See which works best for you.
Good Luck... Let me know how you do..
